Mr. Comerford manages the Construction Dept., which includes a team of Construction Managers, Purchasing Manager and Field Superintendents. Product types include urban infill projects with podium-style garages and surface parked walk-up communities in suburban and rural areas throughout the state. Tasks include project budgeting, managing plan development, schedule tracking, cost tracking through the completion of each project. With a 30-year architectural and 25-year construction background, he has vast knowledge and experience with new affordable housing, acquisition/rehabilitation, construction-defect rehabilitation and new market-rate housing.
