The Luxe

The Luxe mixed-use is a transit-oriented development near the Allen Avenue Gold Line Station. The 1.8-ac. redevelopment site will include 128 apartments (67 dua), and retail/ office suites on the corner, to activate the pedestrian route from the station and help to revitalize the emerging neighborhood of eastern Pasadena.

The architectural design is a classical contemporary design that is similar to other beloved older Pasadena buildings. Unit plans vary from smaller studios to 2-bedroom floor plans, and will accommodate students, single professionals and young couples.

The site is located near an ARTS bus line, Park, Pasadena Community College, a health clinic and a market.

Construction is 3-4 levels of Type V with 200 spaces of surface and underground garage parking. Amenities include a large community room with a computer lab, courtyard with a pool and barbecue areas and children’s playground, and bicycle storage.
