Spanning approximately 1.16 acres across from St. Mary Medical Center, the 166K square-foot, four-story podium-style development replaces the former First Lutheran School site.

Designed by William Hezmalhalch Architects, Inc., the community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans tailored for large families earning between 30% and 80% Area Median Income (AMI), with an average project income targeting 57.78% AMI. The development includes one dedicated two-bedroom, one-bath manager’s unit and offers convenient access to regional transit, including proximity to the A Line (Blue Line) and upcoming Long Beach Transit infrastructure improvements.

Residents will have access to a robust array of on-site amenities, including a community room with kitchen, computer workstations, conference room, central open-air courtyard, tot lot, and outdoor BBQ and picnic areas.
