La Estancia Apartments – Reseda

Currently under construction and set for completion in 2028, La Estancia is an upcoming 190-unit affordable multi-family housing development by AMCAL Multi-Housing, Inc., located at 7018 N. Baird Ave. in Reseda, CA. Funded through 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), this active development will bring much-needed affordable housing to the west-central region of the San Fernando Valley once finished.

Upon completion, the community will feature studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a talk-down security system:

• 55 Studios: 379 sq. ft.
• 65 One-Bedroom Units: 522 sq. ft.
• 70 Two-Bedroom Units: 579–762 sq. ft.
