Eagle Rock Apartments – Los Angeles

Located at 4900 N. Eagle Rock Boulevard, this 100% affordable housing development brings 64 income-restricted apartments to lower-income households in Los Angeles. Designed by The Albert Group Architects for developer AMCAL Multi-Housing, the project features a pair of minimalist, white-stucco rectilinear structures—one rising to five stories and the other built at a lower scale—centered around an open communal courtyard, ground-floor resident community space, and 32 vehicle parking spaces in addition to 58 bicycle parking spaces on site.

Deeply committed to high-impact affordability, the community serves an Area Median Income (AMI) profile averaging 38.39% across the entire project:

• 16 units set aside for 30% AMI (reserved specifically for Special Needs populations)
• 31 units set aside for 30% AMI
• 16 units set aside for 50% AMI
• 1 manager’s unit

To support long-term housing stability, 48 of the 64 units are backed by Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) rental assistance programs. Offering a thoughtfully planned mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, the development combines functional modern design with critical subsidy programs to address regional housing needs.
