The Florence at the Harbor Apartments is a to-be-built, luxury multifamily development in Rockwall, Texas — an affluent community located 20 miles northeast of downtown Dallas and 20 miles southeast of Plano. When completed, the Florence at the Harbor Apartments will serve the thriving community with 228 new, market-rate apartments that will beautifully complete the only remaining area in the City of Rockwall zoned for multifamily development.
