Tom Watchorn

Mr. Watchorn joined AMTEX in 2019 and is responsible for overseeing all preconstruction and construction operations in Texas. Tom works with the company’s development teams from project inception to construction handoff, offering design and constructability input, as well as providing all preconstruction pricing. He also oversees the Construction Management teams that execute the construction of the projects from start to finish. Mr. Watchorn has more than 25 years of multifamily construction experience and has managed the construction of nearly 5000 units in 5 different states throughout his career, including over 2000 units completed or under construction with AMTEX.
